The National Foundation for Science and Technology of Vietnam (NAFOSTED) and the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) have just signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on funding for Vietnamese-Swiss Joint Research Projects (JRPs). UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is inviting funding proposals on impacts of Covid-19 across developing countries. The call has no deadline and is funded through the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) and the Newton Fund. ANNOUNCEMENT: Deadline extension for the 2020 NAFOSTED – FWO bilateral program

Within a timeframe of the 2020 NAFOSTED – FWO collaboration funding program, as in the initial plan, NAFOSTED shall close the call for application on 18th May, 2020 (Monday). However, due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic in many countries, including Vietnam and Belgium, NAFOSTED and FWO decide to extend the deadline of the call. 1. General Information The National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) of Vietnam and the Research Foundation – Flanders (FWO) of Belgium signed the Agreement on the Excecutive framework for bilateral scientific research cooperation projects.
