The NAFOSTED has closed the call for proposals on September 14, 2012 with a total of 139 applications from 76 institutions to the funding program starting in 2013. Numbers of applications by subjects are as follow:
– Philosophy, Political Science, Religious Studies, Sociology: 25 applications
– Economics: 21 applications
– Law: 08 applications
– History, Archaeology, Ethnography: 23 applications
– Regional and International Studies: 12 applications
– Psychology, Education: 18 applications
– Literature, Linguistics: 25 applications
– Culture, Arts, Journalism, Media: 07 applications
The plenary meetings and preparation meeting of the Scientific Committees of Social Science and Humanities are expected to be held on October 6, 2012 to prepare for the proposals assessment. The selection results will be announced around 15/12/2012, after the completion of the evaluation and selection process.
