NAFOSTED workshops introducing funding and support programs in Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho City
Following the work plan 2015, NAFOSTED has held 2 workshops introducing its funding and support programs in 15th and 17th September 2015 in Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho city. Participants are representatives of science and technology organizations (including institutes, universities/colleges), state officers at managerial positions and local scientists.
Workshop held in Ho Chi Minh City
At the workshops, NAFOSTED directorates delivered brief insights of its activities, performance, and highlight new roles as outlined in Decree No. 23/2014/NĐ-CP of 3rd April 2014. In addition, representatives of NAFOSTED managing body present changes in funding and supporting activities in accordance with Law on Science and Technology 2013.
Workshop held in Can Tho City
During Q&A and discussion which came after the introduction, NAFOSTED officers provided scientists with more details on regulation changes and elaborate instructions of proposal preparedness and project implementation. Moreover, NAFOSTED has received feedback relating to the workshop preparations in order to improve future workshop quality.
