After receiving Vietnam Inclusive Innovation Project (VIIP) proposals of Round 1 (I/2015) (closing date: 31^st March 2015), the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) organized subproject appraisals following procedures printed in Subproject Execution Manual.

In Round I/2015, Technical Committee has approved 15 subprojects to receive VIIP funds, including 3 C1 subprojects, 4 C2 Subprojects, 5 C3 subprojects, 3 C4 subprojects (Approved subproject list attached below).

NAFOSTED is currently cooperating with associated units to implement the following steps: support 12 out of 15 approved subprojects (C1, C2, C3) to amend proposals (in Vietnamese) following the suggestions of Technical Committees and build cost plan in accordance with Circular No. 55/2015/TTLT-BTC-BKHCN. After collecting feedbacks and comments of PMU and WB, NAFOSTED will submit the final list to NAFOSTED Management Council for approve (scheduled: in the beginning of 9/2015). The following step is signing contract with subproject implementing entities.

• 3 Subprojects C4: awaiting for feedbacks from Vietcombank. If the bank agrees to issue the loans, NAFOSTED will proceed the next procedures (same with 12 Subprojects C1, C2, C3). If else, NAFOSTE will not fund these Subprojects.

Subprojects which were refused in Round 1 (I/2015) are allowed to reapply for the following Rounds (proposal amendment and supplement are recommended). To acquire information on Technical Committee proposal reviews, please contact Project Implementing Office in NAFOSTED as below:
