National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) announces to organize competitive offers for bidding the package: “Buying additional office necessity for National Foundation for Science and Technology Development”, which belong to the project: “Buying fixed assets and working equipments for National Foundation for Science and Technology Development in 2017”.

NAFOSTED invites all contractors with suitable capacity, experience and be able to come for bidding the above package.

Contractors will be offered a complete set of competitive bidding documents (HSYC) with a non-refundable amount of: 500.000 vnd (Five hundred thousand Vietnam dongs) in cash or by bank transfer.

HSYC will be sold from 8:00, 02 August 2017 to 8:00, 09 August 2017.

HSCH must be accompanied with a guarantee for offer with value of 2.600.000 vnd (Two millions, six hundred thousand Vietnam dong) by bank or cash guarantee with a guarantee period of 60 days from the deadline of bid submission and has to be sent to NAFOSTED by 8:00, 9 August 2017 at the latest (deadline for bid submission).

HSCH shall be publicly open at 9:30, 9 August 2017 at the venue mentioned above.

In order to ensure fairness, impartiality and good results of the bid opening, NAFOSTED would like to invite your representative to attend the bid opening on the date, time and place as above mentioned.
