NAFOSTED and Research Foundation Flanders (FWO) signed a frame agreement on co-funding of collaborative scientific research program between Vietnam’s and Flanders’ scientists. By this agreemeent, the partners agreed to contribute €300,000 annually to collaborative projects of basic research. Each project can receive up to €70,000 per annum, equivalent to VND 1.6 billion, to cover the labor cost, associated materials and research tools and equipment cost.
