The “Vietnam Inclusive Innovation Project” (VIIP), funded by the World Bank’s (IDA) loan and implemented from 2014 to 2018, is seeking for the following positions:
a) Local experts for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) at the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED).
Quantity: 4 positions, including a project manager, a monitoring and evaluation expert, an environmental and social expert, and an IT expert.
b) International experts for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) at the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED).
Quantity: 1 position.
c) Local experts for the Technical Panel of Experts at the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED).
Quantity: 6 positions, including Expert in Intellectual Property Aspects;Expert in Applied Research and Development; Expert in Entrepreneur; Expert inPrivate Industrial Sector; Expert on STI policy, R&D management; and Social scientist/activist.
d) International experts for the Technical Panel of Experts at the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED).
Quantity: 1 position (Expert in R&D, Innovation and Innovation finance).

Scope of work and qualification:
Scope of work and qualifications are indicated in the attached terms of reference (TOR) for each position. Additionally, the interested applicants can contact the projects implementation unit for more details.
