According to regulations on implementing funded basic researches, and conditions for subsequent grants disbursement, NAFOSTED is going to conduct periodical evaluation on the implementation of projects funded in 2014 (36 months) and 2015. Principal Investigators shall coordinate with host institutions to submit periodical report on their progress and results of the projects to NAFOSTED.

The periodical report is submitted through 2 steps:

1. To access NAFOSTED online management system: www.nafosted.vn/oms_ns via a registered personal account, prepare a report using given form and instructions on the system and submit it directly onto the network.
2. To print out 01 report from the system and submit it together with the evidence of the implementation results, the certification of Host organization (signed and sealed by the Head of the organization) to NAFOSTED at the following address:

(Please clearly indicate on the envelope: Periodical report on the implementation of the basic research in Natural Sciences and Engineering project in the year….)

Submission deadline:

– Before April 30, 2017: For research projects funded by NAFOSTED in 2014 (36 months) and the 1^st call of 2015;

– Before July 30, 2017: For research projects funded by NAFOSTED in the 2^nd call of 2015.

The results of the periodical evaluation will serve as a basis for subsequent grants disbursement.
